In the role of Change Analyst, you will play a key part in an implementation project, contributing to the successful deployment of the company's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) change journey.

Your responsibilities will include risk identification, impact assessment, process changes implementation, maintaining up-to-date documentation, building effective relationships with stakeholders, and creating content for training interventions.

What you'll need:

• UK Driving License
• Proven experience of managing change
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence change
• Demonstrated ability of process mapping

This is a remote position, but please be aware that travel to various locations required expenses will be covered.
