Job description

Full remote | Full-time | 40,000/50,000 Euro | Middle level

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join an innovative startup working at the forefront of AI and software development.

You'll work closely with enterprise engineering teams, drive platform integrations, solve complex technical challenges, and shape how AI is applied to modern development workflows.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of the platform into complex customer ecosystems.
Act as the main technical advisor for clients on-site when needed to accelerate adoption, solve issues fast, and streamline engineering processes.
Build agile solutions for evolving customer needs: integrations, troubleshooting across varied stacks, and creative use cases.
Gain deep understanding of customer environments and build tools/resources to help them scale.
Act as a strategic bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops), turning feedback into real product improvements.
Stay ahead on new software development practices, frameworks, and AI tools to keep the product on the cutting edge.

What We Are Looking For

3-5 years of hands-on software development (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
Strong foundation in modern development methodologies and real interest in AI-powered tools
Fast learner, able to pick up new tech and solve complex problems quickly
Strong troubleshooting skills in customer-facing environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise software implementations or technical consulting
Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, IntelliJ IDEA)
Experience in developer relations, evangelism, or community building
Knowledge of DevOps practices
Previous work in enterprise B2B environments
