Job Description

Timely and accurate entry of new product details into database Regularly review and update database content

• Respond to customer, store and supplier requests for corrections and changes
• Identify functional enhancements that ensure a positive customer experience
• Photograph and edit images of new products
• Support marketing efforts during monthly promotions

Job Requirements

• Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument
• Accurate data entry skills

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good overall musical instrument product knowledge

• Strong time management skills and attention to detail

• Intermediate Photoshop or equivalent image editing skills

• The ability to effectively multi-task

• Product photography experience an asset
