About the Role:

As a Cruise Planner, you will help clients plan and book cruises, provide expert guidance on destinations and itineraries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise vacations that meet their needs and preferences.

Provide information on cruise lines, ships, destinations, and excursions.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation.

Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
