Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience working at a Fortune 500 company
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
B2/C1 English proficiency
Proven experience in contract processing or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
Review Financial Documents: Analyze contracts, invoice statements, and A/R and A/P records to extract and verify key information
Data Entry & Accuracy: Capture complex financial details with precision and ensure data integrity
Maintain Records: Keep accounting and contract records organized and updated
Support Process Improvements: Help document and refine internal workflows
Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams in multiple time zones to ensure seamless contract processing
