Job description

Your tasks include replying to applicant`s emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviews

Post job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites, internship websites, and social media sites

Schedule and conduct induction for newly hired interns

Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs

Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms

Work proactively with other team members. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects

Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.

Requirements:

  • You are studying for or shall have a university degree in HR, journalism, business, arts, or any programs providing strong English language training or candidates with strong English language skills.
  • You shall be keen to learn, willing to work hard, and committed to the job.
  • You shall have chosen HR as your desired career and is strongly interested in an intern opportunity related to HR
  • Strong written, verbal, and time-management skills.
  • You have the ability to multitask and effective decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented


This is an unpaid internship role with a 6-months/contract. Weekly commitment of 15 -20 hours is required from day one. You will gain valuable real-world experience in a remote environment.
