Job description

We are looking for a Administration assistant / data entry support assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administration activities to join our dedicated and like-minded team. If you are a dedicated individual with strong organisation and software skills and initiative, Apply Now!

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Managing Director and assisting with all required administration needs, including sending and receiving emails, phone calls and data entry.

The Candidate:

  • We are seeking candidates who have had previous office experience in administration assistance or data entry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attentional to detail.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dependable.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Business Qualification Cert II or above. (Preferred but not required).
  • Financial or Business background. (Preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alexandria, NSW 2015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Australia (Preferred)
