  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the CMS, DXP, Marketing, or SaaS/cloud space

What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Product Manager to join the Magnolia DXP team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who wants to deeply understand user needs, help build an outstanding product, and shape the future of Digital Experience Platforms in a high-potential, fast-moving market. We need a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer needs into market-leading products, ensuring Magnolia remains the platform of choice for the modern, AI-integrated enterprise.
  • Own and manage key product areas of the Magnolia Digital Experience Platform (DXP) through their lifecycles

  • Work closely with external stakeholders and customers to understand needs, observe market trends, and anticipate CMS/DXP evolution in the near- to mid-term.

  • Research market and customer needs and translate them into a clear, coherent product strategy that helps our customers grow.

  • Create strong alignment and collaboration across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer teams, with a focus on customer value, stability, performance, and sustainability.

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to design, build, and ship high-quality solutions.

  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and retention.

  • Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience and seek improvement opportunities.

What do you bring in?
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the CMS, DXP, Marketing, or SaaS/cloud space.

  • technical background or strong technical understanding. You understand both the business users and the developers. Technical fluency in API design (REST/GraphQL), Headless architectures, and modern SaaS, cloud infrastructure is a plus.

  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating customer and business needs into clear product outcomes.

  • An AI-first mindset: You don't just use AI to work more effectively (write PRDs, analyse feedback, prototype), but you understand how AI fundamentally changes user interaction models and product value propositions

  • An entrepreneurial and go-getter mindset: proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. Proven entrepreneurial track record - you have a history of owning business outcomes, conducting deep customer discovery, and making high-stakes roadmap trade-offs.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to align stakeholders across all levels.

  • (Close to) Native German language skills are required.
