Roles & Responsibilities

  • Solid experience administering Linux-based systems and core IT services
  • Practical knowledge of network infrastructure (WiFi, VPNs, firewalls) and secure access
  • Experience managing user identities, access, and permissions across systems (e.g. LDAP, SSO, collaboration tools)
  • Familiarity with cloud productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack)

Job description

What will you do?
  • Ensure security of all networks, services, and accounts

  • Maintain networks, our Magnolia WiFi, VPN, and  Firewalls

  • Maintain services such as Linux Systems hosting Tools, GSuite, Slack, GLPI, Apache, Keycloak

  • Support ongoing renewal and retention of SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications and other audit tasks

  • Maintain and manage users and groups (LDAP, Radius, GSuite, Slack, Miro, Keycloak)

  • Respond to and act upon internal IT-related tickets promptly

  • Order and maintain IT-related assets (hard- & software)

  • Manage software licences, including renewals, cost negotiations

  • Document all new IT processes and policies and their changes over time

  • Manage the migration of legacy tools to new systems

  • Be an active member of both the Security Team and the ISMS Committee, responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in collaboration with other members

  • Support and manage IT-I Intern (if any)

What do you bring in?
  • Solid experience administering Linux-based systems and core IT services

  • Practical knowledge of network infrastructure (WiFi, VPNs, firewalls) and secure access

  • Experience managing user identities, access, and permissions across systems (e.g. LDAP, SSO, collaboration tools)

  • Familiarity with cloud productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack)

  • Understanding of IT security best practices and support of security and audit-related processes

  • Experience handling IT assets, licenses, and internal IT tools, including migrations where needed

  • Approachable and service-minded, with a genuine willingness to help colleagues

  • Open and transparent communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users

  • Collaborative and reliable, contributing positively to team culture and shared responsibilities

  • Location: Czech Republic
