The Finance Analyst for Cytiva is responsible to deliver finance process activities including Budget, Forecast, closing, actuals reporting, various ad-hoc analysis by partnering with FP&A leader and Operations team. 

This position is part of the global India Finance COE located in Bangalore and will be on-site (working hours from 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM). At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. 

What you will do:

• Key finance business partner to FP&A leader, and finance team.
• Lead financial activities for month, Quarter close pacing and provide strong leadership and analytics for forecasts and Budget setting.
• Maintain financials outlook, Bowler, score cards etc.
• Lead analytics around high impact cost like headcount, contractors etc.
• Support in dashboards, reports publishing
• Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in effort to drive growth.
• Providing necessary FP&A analytics to highlight key business performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
• Working on the headcount, compensation and benefits cost analysis.
• Consolidating actual operating cost & fixed cost and reporting results.
• Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.
• Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP's.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA/ICWA with 6 to 8 years of experience in an accounting/finance position.
• Knowledge & experience of FP&A; Previously worked in a global business environment with experience of global processes.
• Proficient in Excel, managing large data set
• Experience of ERP / BI tool usage, for example Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Qlik.  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong analytical skills: able to analyse large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, link financial results to operational performance and distil them into insightful analysis.
• Process improvement initiatives;
• Working in ambiguous situations: adaptable & open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.
• BI tools, for example Qlik Sense, OneStream.
