Virtual Stylist Sales Associate - Part Time

At DKNY, our sales team is one of the largest reasons for our success.  We have openings for Part Time Virtual Stylist Sales Associates at our Tanger Outlet Center Riverhead (Riverhead, NY) location. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in Women's and Men's Specialty Retail Management
• 2+ years of store leadership experience preferred
• 1-3 years in a customer service environment
• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• 20k+ followers on relevant social media site that aligns with company values
• Proven established sales volume through the use of personal social media platform
• Experience with live streaming
• Experience creating and editing video or photo content to produce sales
• Point of Sale and social media experience
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred
• Audience that has previously contributed to 50k+ amount in sales preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Spanish a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet personal sales goals set by the company.  Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong client focus and consistently provide quality service.
• Enthusiastically communicate with DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld Paris clients via virtual platforms.
• Tries on new collections, participates in fit sessions (in person or virtually) and talk effortlessly about our styles and the way they fit.
• Create and edit social media content using appropriate hashtags and tagging while maintaining brand image and integrity.
• Work in-store to create social media content (2 videos and 3-5 posts per week)
• Build genuine connections with clients to achieve DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld Paris email capture and acquire new clients, streamers and influencers through virtual platforms.
• Assist clients to look and feel their best in clothing picked out to complement their style, body type and match their taste.
• Remain client-centered; doing what's right and best for the client despite what is trendy and hot.  Allow the client to express their styling needs.
• Maintain a genuine and engaging interest throughout the contact while committing to maximizing the experience for our clients, by knowing, serving and delighting them from start to finish. This includes ringing, packaging the order and providing tracking information if applicable.
• Is knowledgeable of brand product details and company initiatives to be able to inform clients of current communications that are relevant to their shopping interests (i.e. sales, promotions, new deliveries).
