💡 Please note that for this role, C2-level Portuguese proficiency is required, and candidates must be based in São Paulo.

What you will do ✨

  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure continuous improvement in lead quality through effective communication and constructive feedback

  • 🔗 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships

  • 📈 Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals

  • 📊 Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies

  • 🌍 Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings

What Makes You a Great Fit ✅

  • 💼 Strong knowledge of software sales (4+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups

  • 🛠 Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends

  • A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector

  • 🏆 Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere

  • 🎯 A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors

  • 📍 Based in São Paulo, with a strong understanding of the local market

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English
