Video-Content ist einer der wichtigsten Wachstumshebel unserer Brand. Wir produzieren laufend Videotutorials, Webinare, Ads, Founder-Shorts und organischen Content.

Aktuell investieren wir über 200.000 € pro Monat in Werbung, aber unsere Video-Creatives sind dafür noch nicht auf dem Niveau, das wir brauchen. Dasselbe gilt für alle organischen Videos die wir auf YouTube etc. veröffentlichen. Deswegen suchen wir jetzt nach einer Person, die unseren Video Content aufs nächste Level bringt.

Deine Rolle

Du übernimmst bei uns die komplette Verantwortung für Cutting & Post-Production: vom Rohschnitt bis zum finalen Video. Du bist die Person, die sicherstellt, dass unser Video-Content (organic & paid), Viewer hooked, dynamisch und verständlich ist.

• Art der Zusammenarbeit: Vollzeit

• Gehalt: 55.000–80.000 € Jahresbrutto (je nach Erfahrung)

• Standort: Wien (7. Bezirk), onsite mit hybrid Möglichkeiten.

Du hältst Ownership über: Cutting & Post-Production aller Videoformate:

• Organischer Content

  • Long-Form (Tutorials, Interviews, für Youtube)

  • Short-Form Content (Video-Snippets für LinkedIn, Reels, etc.)

• Paid Ads Editing (YouTube, Meta, TikTok)

• Animations / Motion Design (optional, aber großer Pluspunkt)

Optional (kein Muss):

• Wen du zudem gerne selbst zur Kamera greifst, bietet dir die Rolle auch die Möglichkeit, eigene Drehs zu übernehmen und Projekte von Anfang bis Ende zu verwirklichen.

Das bist du

• Du weißt wie du Videos schneidest um das Engagement von Viewern zu optimieren.

• Du weißt genau, welche Hooks aktuell funktionieren und warum sie konvertieren. Besonders im Short-Form-Video Bereich.

• Du beherrschst deine Schnitt- und Editing-Programme auf hohem Niveau (uns ist dabei echt egal, ob das Premiere Pro, Final Cut oder DaVinci ist).

• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im professionellen Cutting & Editing

About fonio.ai

We are fonio.ai – a phone AI that sounds like a human and handles calls. Since our launch, over 4000 companies have been using our AI, and we are growing x2 every month.

Video content is one of the most important growth drivers for our brand. We continuously produce video tutorials, webinars, ads, founder shorts, and organic content.

We're currently investing over €200,000 per month in advertising, but our video creatives aren't yet at the level we need them to be. The same applies to all organic videos we publish on YouTube etc. That's why we're now looking for someone to take our video content to the next level.

Your Role

You take on full responsibility for cutting & post-production: draft-version to final video. You're the person who ensures that our video content (organic & paid) keeps viewers hooked, is dynamic and easy to understand.

• Full-time

• Salary: €55,000–80,000 gross annual salary (depending on experience)

• Location: Vienna (7th district), onsite with hybrid options.

You have ownership over: Cutting & Post-Production of all video formats:

• Organic Content

  • Long-Form (Tutorials, Interviews, for YouTube)

  • Short-Form Content (Video snippets for LinkedIn, Reels, etc.)

• Paid Ads Editing (YouTube, Meta, TikTok)

• Animations / Motion Design (optional, but a major plus)

Optional (not required):

• If you also enjoy picking up the camera yourself, this role offers you the opportunity to take on your own shoots and bring projects to life from start to finish.

Who You Are

• You know how to edit videos to optimize viewer engagement.

• You know exactly which hooks currently work and why they convert. Especially in the short-form video space.

• You master your editing software at a high level (we honestly don't care whether it's Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci).

• You have at least 3 years of experience in professional cutting & editing

• Basic Level in German to cut and edit German spoken video content.
