Our 120-person team spans creatives, strategists, editors, and analysts, powering thousands of high-performance video ads for lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands every week. With 50,000 sq. ft. of studios in DTLA and an international network of creators and influencers, we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a Media Buyer based to help us amplify that growth across global markets.

Every viral campaign starts with precision targeting and flawless media execution. As a Media Buyer, you’ll turn creative excellence into performance results—deploying millions in ad spend across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative intuition, ensuring every dollar spent fuels data-driven learning and exponential brand growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Launch & Optimize Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to identify scalable winners.

2. Analyze & Report Performance

  • Track and interpret campaign data daily to identify performance trends.
  • Build and present reports highlighting insights, learnings, and optimization strategies.
  • Translate numbers into actionable strategies for creative and strategy teams.

3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure ads are optimized for performance and storytelling.
  • Provide feedback loops between creative and data—informing what works and what doesn’t.
  • Support the strategy team in developing media plans and client recommendations.

4. Scale Efficiently

  • Manage and scale ad accounts with 5–6 figures in monthly spend.
  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging channels to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Proactively propose testing strategies and budget reallocations to maximize performance.

5. Stay Ahead of Trends

  • Keep up to date with algorithm updates, platform best practices, and performance marketing innovations.
  • Experiment with new ad formats and beta programs to drive early adopter advantage.

Who You Are

1. Performance-Driven

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, ideally for eCommerce, fashion, or beauty brands.

2. Data-Savvy

  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable reading metrics, building reports, and identifying growth levers.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

3. Creative & Strategic

  • Understands what makes content perform—able to connect audience psychology with ad messaging.
  • Loves blending storytelling with numbers to drive conversions.

4. Fast & Adaptable

  • Thrives in a high-speed environment where priorities shift daily.
  • Excels at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with precision.

5. Collaborative & Communicative

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
