Requirements:

  • Provide operational support: assist with onboarding new team members and updating SOPs; help organize events, team meetings, or remote sessions; conduct light research, data entry, or reporting tasks to support business operations.

What You’ll Do

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and follow-ups for internal and client meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

2. Project & Task Management

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and progress across departments.
  • Support coordination between creative, production, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in shared systems (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between team members, clients, and external partners.
