Role Description
This role is the key to the identification and preparation of test cases and test data, execution of test cases and prepares test results. They work with their team to identify test strategies through test plans. They are also key reviewers of their team's test artifacts, both in document form and in ALM.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities associated with the UAT Test Lead role include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge management repository build out / maintenance
Project requirements review and feedback
UAT Test Plan creation / maintenance
End-to-End Test Designer
Test asset management (ALM Business Capabilities, Test Plans, Test Runs, Requirements Traceability Matrix)
Identifies Business Scenarios / Converts to Test Cases / Data ensuring Reusable Assets
Identifies Test Data Requirements, requests and validates delivery
Creates / validations Test Sets (Suites) for Regression Testing
Identifies Automation Requirements / Automates Testing
Risk and Issue Identification and Reporting
Metrics / Status Reporting
Attends Agile Delivery Demos
Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience as a QA or UAT Lead (Systems Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing)
- Healthcare experience is must- payor experience is must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools as Word, Excel etc.
- Automation will be plus.
- Knowledge of Healthcare domain is important to understand the business.
- Experience managing offshore teams.
- UAT TESTING COORDINATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST IN HEALTYCARE PAYOR.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships across IT and non-IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.
- Experience with developing and influencing Quality Assurance strategies, metrics, and statistical process improvement.
These are onsite remote roles, however if they are open to relo to Columbia, SC, those candidates would have priority.
