Roles & Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
Experience with Marketing Cloud builders: Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Audience Builder; including Email Studio and Automation Studio.
Hands-on experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus knowledge of SQL and SFDC Connector.
Experience building custom queries, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, custom journeys, and automation jobs; strong communication and client interaction skills.

Requirements:

Design, develop, and implement SFMC solutions using Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
Build custom email templates, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, custom journeys, automation jobs, and SQL queries; configure SFDC Connector integrations.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot, optimize campaigns, and advise on SFMC best practices.

Location: Columbus, OH (Remote – Prefer candidates from Central/East coast)

Job Description:

In-depth knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.

Should have good hands-on experience in AMP scripting, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
