Lead project estimator experience in construction (7+ years)
Experience with renewable energy and/or high voltage transmission projects
Experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Mechanical; Civil; Electrical; Construction Science Construction Management preferred) or Equivalent Experience
Responsibilities :
Prepare capital cost estimates;
Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives, when appropriate;
Coordinate with other departments, ensuring understanding of project objectives and efficient utilization of resources;
Review layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives, when appropriate;
Remain current with technology and industry evolution, assuring that capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions;
Establish, build and implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks;
