Define minimum feature set, acceptance criteria, and user acceptance tests.
Engage in design and impact assessments.
Contribute to planning and implementation for new applications and systems.
Perform configuration of application components.
Engage with engineers to design and configure solutions.
Assist in testing and participate in test phases prior to UAT.
Update technical specs based on testing results, prioritized defects, or post-release lessons learned.
Support communication for application/system deployment.
Ensure application availability and adherence to SLAs for operational readiness.
