Ariba EMEA Functional Consultant-Remote

Duration: 6 months part-time (2-3 days per week)

Location: Remote in USA

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Ariba EMEA Functional Consultant to provide expertise in compliance, risk management, and e-invoicing within the Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module. This role will support our client remotely on a part-time basis, focusing on ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business requirements across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements related to compliance, risk, and e-invoicing within the Ariba P2P framework.
• Configure and customize Ariba modules to meet specific regional and organizational needs.
• Provide guidance and support on best practices for leveraging Ariba functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Ariba P2P processes.
• Deliver training sessions to end-users and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Ariba platform enhancements to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ariba Functional Consultant, specifically in the EMEA region.
• In-depth knowledge of Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules with a focus on compliance, risk management, and e-invoicing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Ariba solutions to meet business needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Certification in Ariba modules is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of X years of experience in implementing and supporting Ariba P2P solutions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.

Note: This is a remote position with flexibility in working hours (2-3 days per week) to accommodate both client and consultant schedules.
