Experience with Oracle XStore, xCenter, and related integrations
Proven ability to provide Level 2/3 support, perform issue isolation and determine solutions
Strong testing capabilities including full testing and regression testing; ability to develop patches

Job description
Provide level 2/3 support of xStore, xCenter and Integrations into and out of the xStore ecosystem.
Functional Analyst should be able to take issue reported and isolate the issue and determine solution.
Work closely with Customer IT teams as needed in support of POS and reported issues.
Document issue and solution.
Analyze issue to determine root cause.
Technical Analyst should be able to develop the solution identified upon approval.
Full testing of the solution as well as regression testing of the application.
Ability to provide solution in hot fix or in a patch.
Ability to consolidate patches into releases.
Flexible with timings – ready to support during non-office hours.
Good communication and customer management skills.
