Job Description:
Creation of a SharePoint-based tool to automate the policy update process and produce both a web-based and printable record. Tasks expected to include:
o Conceptualizing, planning, development, design, layout, formatting, testing and delivery of a new policy update tool
o Site resources and content mapping
o Development of content and imagery
o Management of supporting documents
o Design, coding and overall development of the underlying functionality of the site to create the best possible user experience
o Design, coding and overall development of a back-end tool/dashboard designed to enable significant self-maintenance of the site
o Mock-ups and prototyping as needed
o Ongoing maintenance of the sites as required during a hyper-care period
o Troubleshooting and applying fixes as needed
o Edits and additions to text
o Graphics and banners as needed
Training/Policy coordination with a dedicated resource for a minimum of 32 hours per week (4 days) from 1/1/25 to 12/31/25.
• Identify training audiences and translate them into Up4Growth group criteria
• Submit requests for group creation
• Submit requests for updates to groups as needed
• Perform "sanity” check to verify group creation/updates
• Evaluate and document course assignment determination (using CAA checklist)
• Development of group criteria (Excel) and creation of the group (Cornerstone) with clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timing
• Evaluate and document group creation and maintenance processes with clear roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timing.
Ongoing maintenance and support
• Various updates, editing, writing, formatting and design to SharePoint lists and the SharePoint-based Compliance Navigator site
• Planning and discussions
• Troubleshooting issues as needed
