We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong skills in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management)
Designing, developing, configuring, or analyzing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to help improve IT operations and customer service workflows.
5–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or business analysis
Strong understanding of ITOM (like Discovery, CMDB, Event Management) And/ OR CSM modules
