Job description
  • Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems, databases, supply chain, and cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
  • Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Provide technical support and training to end users
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT policies
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
