Job description


Oxford Solutions is partnering with a growing healthcare staffing and technology organization to hire a Business Development Executive focused on long-term care and nursing home clients in Southwestern Pennsylvania. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a self-starter who already has established relationships within skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and long-term care sites.

This position is remote for candidates living in or within commuting distance of Western Pennsylvania and requires significant local travel. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to open doors and close new business in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within long-term care and nursing home markets in Southwestern PA
  • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility leadership and key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Present staffing and workforce solutions through meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with service delivery
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within a CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Represent the organization at networking events, industry meetings, and conferences

Work Environment and Schedule

  • Remote role with up to 80 percent local travel
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evening or weekend meetings and travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience selling into long-term care facilities or nursing homes
  • Established client contacts within skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care markets in Southwest PA
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus commission
