Perform configuration and day-to-day administration of Braze to support personalized customer messaging, campaign triggers, and segmentation strategies.
Build and manage data dashboards and reporting logic within Sigma to deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Set up and optimize event tracking, funnel analysis, and user behavior analytics within Amplitude to guide product and marketing decisions.
Configure and maintain CueWeb for dynamic web personalization and A/B testing.
Administer Osano for consent management, cookie tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Ensure proper schema design, data pipelines, and permissions for efficient and secure usage of Snowflake.
Develop and manage data pipelines between tools using ETL/ELT processes to support unified customer profiles and cross-channel analytics.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate and efficient data movement between platforms, especially between Snowflake, Braze, and Amplitude.
Ensure real-time data updates and error monitoring across the Martech stack.
Implement best practices for data privacy and user consent across all platforms using Osano.
Monitor for compliance breaches and data integrity issues, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define platform requirements and user stories.
Serve as the go-to expert for Martech stack capabilities, configuration best practices, and data usage policies.
Skills and Experience Required: Required:
3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms: Braze, Amplitude, and Sigma.
Experience configuring consent management systems like Osano.
Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehousing platforms, particularly Snowflake.
Familiarity with web personalization tools such as CueWeb and frontend event tagging.
Strong understanding of customer data architecture, Martech stack integration, and data privacy laws.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
