Roles & Responsibilities

4+ years of integrations experience with Workday.
Proficiency in Workday Integration Development using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Strong technical skills in XML, XSLT, XSD, REST/SOAP/WSDL, and middleware tools; familiarity with APIs, data formatting and transformation; experience with vendor management systems and contingent worker processes (preferred).
Experience with HR data management, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data issues between Workday and external systems; full integration lifecycle management.

Requirements:

Design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Collaborate with HRIT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration needs and deliver effective solutions.
Manage data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data issues between Workday and external systems; create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and support procedures.
Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

• Workday Integration Development Experience: Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).

• Technical Skills: Strong background in XML, XSLT, XSD, web technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL), and middleware tools. Familiarity with APIs, data formatting, and transformation. Experience with vendor management systems and contingent worker processes preferred.

• Data Management: Experience with HR data, data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data issues between Workday and external systems.

• Integration Lifecycle Management: Skilled in managing the full integration lifecycle – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
