Job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote
Department: Operations / IT
Reports To: Program Manager / Director of Projects
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare].
Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
