We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production/manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated machinery.
Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and report defective or faulty parts and materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following workplace safety standards.
Meet daily/weekly production goals and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to resolve assembly issues.
Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment and tools.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer literacy for logging production data is a plus.
