Job Title: Senior Acquisition Head

Location: Remote
Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) / VP of HR
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Acquisition Head to lead our talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment operations, with a strong focus on innovation and scalability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Team Management:

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team.
    • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
  • Process Optimization:

    • Streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Leverage data analytics to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Strengthen the company's employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
    • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Technology & Innovation:

    • Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, AI tools).
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in global hiring and diversity recruitment.
  • Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
  • Familiarity with data-driven hiring and predictive analytics.
