Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Maintain and update company databases and records.

  • Assist senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (freshers may also apply).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
