We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Assist senior staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
0–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (freshers may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
