We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Temp) to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time-management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and prioritize messages on behalf of the executive team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy.
Liaise with departments, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or business (preferred).
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting C-level executives.
Prior experience in a contract/temporary role.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
