Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
