The Hospital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations to ensure high-quality patient care, smooth administrative functioning, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role focuses on coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, optimizing processes, and improving patient experience.
Manage daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and support services
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflows
Monitor patient admission, discharge, and billing processes
Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and healthcare regulatory standards
Handle vendor management, facility maintenance, and housekeeping services
Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management
Implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce turnaround time
Support hospital management in policy implementation and audits
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
3–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
Strong knowledge of hospital workflows and healthcare regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS) and MS Office
NABH accreditation experience
Process improvement / quality management exposure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
