Role Summary

We are hiring a Product Quality & Release Manager to own product stability, release readiness, and customer-impact quality across multiple applications. This role bridges QA, Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring every release meets business and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release quality for web, mobile, and API products

• Define release entry/exit criteria and go/no-go decisions

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure acceptance criteria are testable

• Oversee manual, automation, API, and regression testing activities

• Coordinate cross-team releases in Agile / SAFe environments

• Analyze production defects and drive preventive actions

• Establish quality dashboards and release metrics

• Improve test efficiency using automation and AI-assisted tools

• Support UAT, hotfix validation, and post-release reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Software Testing / Quality Engineering

• Strong experience in manual testing and test planning

• Good understanding of automation testing concepts

• Solid hands-on experience with API testing

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe

• Experience handling production releases and stakeholders

• Excellent communication and risk assessment skills

• Experience with AI-based or data-driven products

• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines

• Healthcare, HRTech, or enterprise SaaS domain experience

• CSPO / SAFe POPM / ISTQB certifications
