Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Workers' Compensation experience
State-specific license or certification (e.g., NY license, NV adjuster license, SIP certificate) as applicable
Experience with public entities or county/Los Angeles experience is a plus
Strong communication, customer service skills and diary management with timely responsiveness to supervisors

Requirements:

Review, investigate, and adjudicate workers' compensation claims across multiple roles and locations
Determine eligibility for benefits, authorize or deny claims, and communicate decisions to claimants, vendors, and employers
Maintain accurate claim diaries, documentation, and provide timely updates while handling inquiries
Ensure compliance with state laws, internal policies, and client requirements (e.g., SIP, CA WC standards)

Please go through the below multiple roles for Claims Examiner with Worker's compensation and share your resume if interested.

ROLE 1:

Role: Claims Examiner – Workers Compensation

Work location: Melville, NY

Job location: Hybrid

Years of experience: At least 2-3 years

Any specific skill/ certification/ license/ experience: NY License.

ROLE 2:

Role: Claims Examiner – Workers Compensation

Work location: Remote within CA

Shift timings: 8:00 – 4:30

Contract: 12+ months

Skills:

Experience - min 3 years of relevant CA WC experience

SIP is mandatory.

Public entity and County of Los Angeles Experience is a plus.

ROLE 3:

Role: Claims Examiner – Workers Compensation

Work location: remote or onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Contract: 12+ months

Any specific skill/ certification/ license: NV resident and adjuster license

Years of experience: 5+years of relevant NV WC experience

ROLE 4:

Role: Claims Examiner – Workers Compensation

Work location: Remote in California

Contract: 12+ months

Workers Compensation Claims Examiner (3+ years of California WC experience)

ROLE 5:

Role: Claims Adjuster – Workers Compensation

Work location: Remote in California

Contract: 12+ months

Work location: Needs to be located in CA hopefully close to our Concord, CA office.

Need experienced examiner.

Sedgwick experience a plus

SIP certificate a plus

Needs good communication skills, customer services skills and quick responsiveness to the supervisor. Must be able to keep diaries and mail current
