What you'll be doing?🔸 Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, social platforms, and product-related designs.🔸 Design eye-catching graphics for social media that stop the scroll and keep communities engaged.🔸 Create custom logos and color palettes tailored to specific fan communities and initiatives.🔸 Build visually compelling presentations and decks using Keynote or Google Slides.🔸 Produce simple but effective video content using tools like After Effects or Premiere to support marketing campaigns.🔸 Collaborate closely with marketing and outreach teams to bring creative ideas to life and elevate brand impact.🔸 Experiment with visuals, test creative approaches, and share insights on what resonates best with audiences.About you🎨 You have 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or product design.🎨 You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and have basic video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere).🎨 You have a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, social media visuals, and marketing assets - artsy, colorful, pop cultured.🎨 Your English is solid, and you can clearly explain and defend your design choices.🎨 You thrive in fast-paced, start-up environments and enjoy juggling multiple creative projects.🎨 You have a sharp eye for detail, strong organization skills, and high design standards.🎨 Bonus points if you’ve worked with multimedia, live-streaming platforms, or enjoy experimental and exploratory design approaches.Perks💰 Fair market pay🏠 Remote, full-time job - work as an independent contractor from the comfort of your home!🕐 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule (with 1 hour of lunch break 🍕) 🥳 Start-up culture, young team, no egos, no BSAbout Us
