Job Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital, print, and product design applications. This includes producing EDMs, website assets, campaign materials, in-store collateral, and supporting product design initiatives to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand experience across all touchpoints. The role requires strong alignment with brand guidelines while contributing fresh, commercially driven creative ideas.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, has a strong appreciation for fashion and beautiful design, is detail-oriented, and experienced in working within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment, with an added strength or interest in product design.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & Campaigns

  • Design and produce weekly EDMs using Photoshop and Klaviyo.
  • Create website graphics including homepage banners, product highlights, and promotional assets.
  • Develop digital banners for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Optimise designs for performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Print & Retail Collateral

    • Design in-store signage, window displays, and point-of-sale materials.
    • Create print collateral for stores, outdoor advertising, and shopping centre campaigns.
    • Prepare final artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers when required.
    • Creative & Brand Execution

      • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop product-related designs (labels, packaging, cards, etc.).
      • Create seasonal lookbooks for retail and wholesale use.
      • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
      • Collaboration & Project Management

        • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
        • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
        • Maintain consistency across all creative outputs.

Key Requirements
  • 2–5+ years experience in graphic design (retail, fashion, or eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing EDMs, web design, and print/signage work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital design.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Experience creating large-scale print and retail collateral.
  • Basic video editing skills (preferred).
