Roles & Responsibilities

6–8 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
Proficiency with MongoDB Atlas, Express, React, Node, AWS Cloud, TypeScript, and unit testing
Experience tackling backend and database problems, time-series challenges, and modernizing architecture with AWS-native patterns (functions and services) and 3rd-party integrations
Ability to own features end-to-end, ship meaningful capabilities, and influence the product trajectory with long-term thinking

Requirements:

Ship high-impact features with ownership, not just chasing requirements, and shape the product trajectory
Work on backend systems, databases, time-series data, architecture modernization, serverless functions/services, and AWS-native patterns
Build the Fund Operating System to automate operations, facilitate capital raises, and ensure compliance
Collaborate in a small, fast-paced team with a focus on intent-driven development and long-term value
