E-commerce Platform Operations Executive (ZR-523)

Horizon Tech is looking for an E-commerce Platform Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations specific to the assigned e-commerce platform to ensure smooth business functioning and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on the platform.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations.
• Track and analyze operational performance, resolving issues proactively.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
• Proven experience in operations management, e-commerce, or online marketplaces.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
• Professional certifications in e-commerce, supply chain, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Other Details:

• Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Full Time).
  
• Office location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
