We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our ServiceNow Learning Program. In this program, you will gain hands-on experience and training to build your career in ServiceNow. You will work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), Product Owners (POs), and technical teams, learning from real-world projects. ROLE DETAILS

Job Title: ServiceNow Learning Program

Job Location: remote

Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day

Project Communication & Documents: English

You will learn to:

• Develop and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.
• Write scripts and build custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Test, document, and deploy high-quality digital solutions.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn how to troubleshoot incidents.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and understand platform upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules like ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and more.

In the ServiceNow Learning Program, you will gain experience in:

• Building and configuring ServiceNow applications, including custom apps and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and document solutions.
• Testing solutions, both manually and with automated testing frameworks.
• Designing integration strategies for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise software.
• Understanding the impact of changes on the platform and recommending effective solutions.
• Analyzing technical constraints, identifying risks, and proposing practical solutions.
