Role Overview
We are looking for a Highly Technical CRM Specialist to take ownership of our GoHighLevel ecosystem. This role is designed for a "Swiss Army Knife" of digital tools—someone who is as creative as they are analytical. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM while acting as the primary technical support across our entire software stack.
Key Responsibilities
GHL Architecture: Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and complex workflows/triggers within GoHighLevel.
Snapshot & Template Management: Create and deploy snapshots, manage custom fields, and ensure data integrity across sub-accounts.
Multi-Platform Integration: Act as the "glue" between GHL and our other technical tools, ensuring seamless data flow and API connectivity.
Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot software glitches, investigate automation failures, and find creative workarounds for platform limitations.
New Tool Onboarding: Rapidly learn and document new software or platforms as they are integrated into our business operations.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup of email/SMS marketing sequences and lead capture systems.
