Part-time Sales Development Representative (IT Services / Cybersecurity)
Client Overview:
This company provides managed IT and cybersecurity services with a focus on driving outbound sales growth. They have recently implemented ZoomInfo for lead generation and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle cold calling and appointment setting while maintaining strong security standards.
Industry: IT Services / Cybersecurity (Managed Services)
Goal: Increase outbound sales activity and booked meetings while assessing SDR performance before potentially scaling the role to full-time.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Conduct outbound cold calls and set appointments
2.) Log call outcomes and notes in the CRM
3.) Coordinate warm handoffs and scheduled meetings with the internal sales team
4.) Ad-hoc Tasks
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in IT/Cybersecurity B2B Sales.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in outbound outreach.
• Proficient with CRM tools
Software Tools & Platforms:
• RingCentral (VoIP)
• CRM (Client-provided)
• ZoomInfo (Lead source – provided by client)
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
