Extensive experience in user experience design (UXD) and digital product development
Proven client-facing consulting experience with enterprise or large-scale projects
Strong leadership, mentorship, and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
Lead UX strategy and design initiatives across multiple digital products and platforms
Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements, define UX goals, and translate them into actionable deliverables
Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to practice development and best practices
Drive quality, efficiency, and outcomes in engagements within a scaling digital product engineering environment
