8+ years of experience in data science, ML, or ML engineering
Proven experience leading data science initiatives and mentoring teams
Strong end-to-end ML lifecycle expertise: data engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); experience with cloud platforms and scalable data pipelines
Requirements:
Lead and drive data science projects from concept to production, delivering scalable, reliable ML solutions
Architect and guide the design of data science platforms and ML systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams
Mentor engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices, coding standards, and technical direction
Partner with business stakeholders to translate problems into data-driven strategies and measurable outcomes
