Are you a top producer in your current sales role—but feel capped on income or growth?

 

Rebuilt is a rapidly growing wholesale real estate company looking for high-performing sales professionals from ANY virtual sales industry to join our team as Acquisition Agents. If you know how to build rapport, uncover motivation, negotiate confidently, and close deals, we can teach you the real estate side.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN ACQUISITION AGENT

 This is a true sales and negotiation role. You’ll be the first point of contact with motivated property sellers and a key driver of company revenue.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Speaking with inbound and outbound seller leads over the phone (leads provided)
  • Building trust and uncovering seller motivation
  • Evaluating properties and making offers
  • Negotiating purchase agreements
  • Getting properties under contract
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets

 

Sales backgrounds that translate well include, gym membership sales, time share sales, high ticket sales, car sales etc.
