Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, legal background or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in contractual negotiation, with experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry preferred
  • Knowledge of BESS technology (project management and engineering principles)
  • Fluent English; additional European language is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Lead bid development, including proposal preparation, submission, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications
  • Support commercial negotiations with the Sales Manager and reflect agreements into contractual documents
  • Liaise with the legal team to draft and review contractual documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and supplier terms and conditions

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, bids, and tenders in response to client requests
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve the bid management process, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the bid process.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all bids.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to minimize risks associated with bid submissions.
  • Support the commercial negotiations of the project together with the Sales Manager. Reflecting those agreements into the contractual documents.
  • Liaising with the legal team to compile the first drafts. 
  • Reviewing contractual documents to make sure conditions are within the company accepted policies and align with Supplier Ts & Cs, when applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, legal background or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contractual negotiation, with experience in the energy storage or renewable energy industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of BESS technology (project management and engineering principles) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and synthetize.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members.
  • Solution oriented person. Helping to address recurrent problems by finding long lasting solutions. 
  • Familiar with Master Supply or Framework Agreements and associated Ts & Cs
  • Office 365, Word, Excel, PPT
  • Languages: Fluent English and other additional European language is an advantage
