Requirements:

  • Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in Europe focusing on the Oil/Gas vertical, executing the Go-To-Market sales strategy to achieve booked revenue and growth targets.
  • Execute sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for vertical customers, acting as a trusted advisor to influence technology platform decisions and develop loyalty for Ceragon solutions.
  • Develop, manage, and report on KPIs including sales funnel, and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management; use Salesforce and other tools to support sales activities.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to client locations, represent Ceragon at industry events, tradeshows, and associations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Build and develop sales and profit growth in the vertical market: Oil&Gas, Maritime, Mining

within Europe.

1. Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties:

· Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in Europe focusing on the Oil/Gas vertical.

· Job duties include:

· Execute on Ceragon’s comprehensive Go-To-Market sales strategy for the Oil/Gas vertical

market to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets

· Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for our

vertical customers

· Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop

preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions

· Develop, manage, and report on KPI’s including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely

forecasts to management

· Use Sales Force and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales

activities

· Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations

· Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations · Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organization related to the segment · Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required · Travel up to 50% of the time to various locations to perform job duties.


Requirements

2. Qualification and Education: ·

Bachelor’s Degree ·

5+ years of sales in the Oil/Gas Sectors ·

Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation) ·

Excellent negotiation skills

· Track record of ability to close complex sales

· Deep understanding of the utility and energy markets

· Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks

· Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets

· Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment

· Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure

· Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management

· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
