Operations Intern – Philippines

Location: Work From Home (Remote – Philippines only)
Stipend: ~₱9,750 PHP per month
Language Requirement: Filipino and/or English (native proficiency)

About the Role

SummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in the Philippines to support research operations and data collection projects.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage participant onboarding

  • Explain project instructions clearly

  • Ensure data accuracy

  • Conduct regular follow-ups

Database & Data Annotation Management

  • Maintain accurate databases

  • Assist in data annotation

  • Quality verification

  • Real-time updates

Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote projects via:

    • College networks

    • Messenger / WhatsApp groups

    • Social media

  • Drive recruitment

  • Track performance

Audio Data Collection

  • Coordinate audio recording

  • Validate submissions

  • Ensure quality standards

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing college OR recently graduated

  • Must be based in Philippines

  • Fluent in Filipino/English

  • Strong network

  • Target-oriented

  • Basic system knowledge
