This remote position based in Greece is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.
  • Guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, working towards resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex issues that may arise.

Requirements
